Job monitoring warning

Post by dsscholar »

Hi all,

I am getting the following warning for all many jobs. From today only it happens.

main_program: Failed to initialize job monitoring. Monitor information will not be generated.

Please advise.

Advise you search. Others have ask this same question before.

An exact search for "Failed to initialize job monitoring" returned 20 matches. Of course, one of those is yours.

What is different "today"? Note that "nothing" is not the correct answer.

This issue might be related with JobMonApp.
Please check that.

The issue is almost certainly with JobMonApp. But we're trying to educate people to help themselves as much as possible.

Exactly. People should realize that - more than likely - they're not the first person on the planet to see their error and - more than likely - it's already been asked and answered here. Hence the search functionality.

Only issue to be aware of here is that only the "exact" search really "works works". The others work but seem to only look back in time for a limited period of time for some reason.
