DataStage error - HY000 - Unable to open BCP error-file

Hello Experts,

We have recently installed IBM InfoSphere Information Server 8.5. The environment is Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard and SQL Server 2008 R2.

The bulk write to tables failing that used to work in IIIS 8.1 environment. There is only difference in environment, i.e., Windows Server 2003 R2.

The error we are getting is -
HY000 - Unable to open BCP error-file

IBM has been working on it since August 2, 2011, but no luck. Do you guys have any suggestion?
