Did not reach EOF Message from Surrogate Key Generator

I am using the Surrogate Key Generator by simply having one input link and a output link to allow the generation of a new key. It is only generating about 500 new keys, yet I am getting this warning " runLocally() did not reach EOF on its input data set 0.".

I have no idea how to solve this warning. Can anyone help with this?

Try creating a new key file. I have a job the just creates an empty .txt file
