Microseconds in DATASTAGE 8.5 Parallel

Post by srireddypunuru »

I am reading a timestamp field from SQL Server and loading back to SQL Server tables where i need to have the microseconds as 2000:01:01:15:30:00:510
But when i read and them and load to a target table i dont see the last 510 rather i see 000 instead just curious why this is happening ?

At project level i have YYYY MM DD HH MM SS and at the datatype level i didnt mention extended as microseconds. When i do that i get 6 zeros. The Timestamp length is 23,3

Any thoughts about this situation

Thanks

Hi

In the Datastage double click the specific colum; there you can find a check box for microsec. Pls select it :)- you can get those.
