what is parallel drop?

One of my team members was asked this question in an interview. She is no longer with us obviously.
I was wondering if it might refer to keeping or dropping fields in a parallel job ....something like this -

Job Description: 5+ years of Datastage Administration & Development ExpExp with Datastage 7.5, 8.1Will be upgrading to 8.5 version Parallel Extender, Parallel drop, Information AnalyzerExp with Parallel Drop, Partitioning & performance tuningDS Administration
Will do DS Admin work primarily, Should be good with Parallel Drop.
So the question once again is - What in god's name is parallel drop ?

God knows and google doesn't bring anything up relevant. I'm assuming it's one of those "lost in translation" job descriptions where bits get mistranslated along the way to HR. Call 'em up and apply for the job! Let us know what you find out.
