Buildop stages Migartion from 7.5 to 8.1

Hi,

My project was migrated from 7.5 to 8.1. we have a job with bulidops which we created for specific business logic.
This job running fine fine in 7.5 and failed in 8.1 showing with the error at buildop stage.
what steps i need to follow while migrating builop stages form 7.5 to 8.1??
do i need to re-create it in 8.1?
