Post by madhusds »

Hi,

I am unable to view the confirmation window after compiling the Job, Is there any setting to view it?

Due to this issue i am unable to know whether the job had compiled or not.

Thanks in advance

If this consistently happens to you, try hitting Alt-Space and selecting Move. The window may just be located somewhere off-screen. Typically happens when you have run either two monitors or switched resolutions or monitor types (widescreen->4:3).

In addition - if you are using double monitor in office and then try to login from home (having single monitor).

Another possible solution, uninstall and reinstall the client. An alternate quicker solution if you are comfortable in 'regedit' is to edit your registry and remove any entries for the Designer, in particular the window positions. It will rebuild them with default values next time you run the Designer. Make sure you save whatever branch (or branches) you delete so you can easily put them back if things go sideways!
