Issue with a flat file of 467 columns

Issue with a flat file of 467 columns

Hi Guys,

My target file is a flat file and a oracle table. In the datastage, am able to see 10000 records got processed. But when i check it from unix side, the flat file shows more than 10000 (some 16k records)...

One other thing is when i am seeing the data from the Datastage, the data looks fine,, But when i open the file from the unix side, am able to find some junk characters and the data is not matching even though the column names are matching. And also there are 467 columns involved.

Can anyone help me or show some guidance as what could be the problem.
