DataStage paralle job hanging

Suddenly all the jobs are hanging after setting NLS parameter. I am not able see any good reason for this. We have sufficient memory on server.
We just migrated to 8.1.4 from 7.5.3 after the migration it was running fine in this environment.
This NLS param it is setting and this were all the jobs are hanging

Is there any think which I have to look at?

Please help

Which NLS parameter did you set (and to what value), and does it fix the problem to reverse that setting?

Actually jobs are hanging after initializing the job environment parameters. It is not moving any further. And i did not set any thing new to make issue resloved like setting up new NLS parameter.
