Change Data capture

Hi

I have a encountered a problem when using change data capture stage ,the problem is I am comparing old file and new file, the old file 206 records and new file has 205 records , there was one record missing the new file and that file should be inserted into the database with status cd 'T' But when i ran the job all the rows are getting after the change capture is done. Its the similar job which i did before that job ran ok now this one i am facing problem.

Verify the data in new file and check any extra spaces or characters are there.
