Parallel job Aborted

Hi All,

We are trying to run a parallel job ,the following job has been aborted the below error.

main_program: Fatal Error: Fatal: Shared library (dsstpenu.so) failed to load: errno = (2), system message = (Unsatisfied code symbol 'DSCRegisterActive' in load module '/home/dsadm/Ascential/DataStage/DSEngine/lib/dsstpenu.so'.)

Please help..

What does your official support provider have to say?

It looks like something to do with registering the stored procedure stage or the help information for that stage, but the message itself is rather sparse.
