Converting BIN1 (SAP) to ASCII using ABAP Extract

Hello,

I have field in SAP that is being read using ABAP Extract stage. This field's data type is BIN1. How can I convert it to ASCII in datastage?

I'd suggest TinyInt() as the appropriate receiving data type. The TinyInt will, of course, only ever have 0 or 1 as its value.
