log in the director

Hi All ,

For a job in the director after I run , I am not able to see all the log from the beginning ie; setting up of environment variables ...all those,
even if i scroll up it does not show from the start point , and this job has lot stages in it and it is bit big one .. is this the reason that I am unable to see the log from the first step..?

I tried to clear log upto previous run ,still didn't help.

Can someone clarify me?

In Director, open the log you are trying to read. Got to the menu, choose filter entries. At the bottom is an option to choose the number of records to display. It is probably set to 100. Change this to all, and you should be able to see your records.

There also being settings in the DS Administrator Project Properties that restricts the logs as based on the last runs of the job. Verify that and that should give you a picture that how many runs of the logs are captured for the jobs in the project.
