can any one please how to implement scd2 with stages are required and with sample data. with either 7.5 or 8.0 versions actually i my project we are not maintaining any SCD's

First off, do you understand what a "Type 2 Slowly Changing Dimension" is and just need help implementing it in DataStage or you're not even sure what one is? For the latter, there are plenty of sites out there you should be able to find to explain all of the SCD types.
The tutorial that ships with the product walks you through handling Slowly Changing Dimensions as one of the subjects. You should have an SCD stage in your pallette and the documentation that comes with it or you can do it "the old fashioned way" and handle everything yourself in the job.
A quick google for "datastage scd" turned up quite a number of links out there in the wild, including examples.
