1.HOW CAN WE ABORT THE JOB IF THE DATA IS DUPLICATE?

I always try to create jobs that don't abort. I prefer to retain control over what's happening.

Why do you have to abort? Why can to collect those records and notify?
Impossible doesn't mean 'it is not possible' actually means... 'NOBODY HAS DONE IT SO FAR'
