Issue regarding DB2 bulk stage

Issue regarding DB2 bulk stage

The issue is we are trimming the data in our job and our target stage is DB2 bulk stage , when data is loaded in database it is not trimmed .It is loaded with spaces for Char columns .With API stage we are able to load the data porperly .. Is there any additional property or environmental variable that need to be defined for Bulk stage.
