Why not create another user for your daily use and change dsadm password to something and keep it secret ?

All the other projects (A,B,C) uses the same id for day today activities.

Thanks all for your reply. I got a plan But I not sure whether this come out good or not. Please advise

Step 1: Create a user like dsadm. For example let the user name be demadm for project D
Step 2: Grant all access to demadm as equal as dsadm in Datastage administrator
Step 3: On the Unix OS level we have to block dsadm in accessing the project folder

In version 7 the administrator is defined as dsadm therefore your Step 2 is not possible.
