XML OutPut stage

I am facing fatal error when Iam using XML Out Put stage in the parallel job

fatal error:XML_Output_6,0: Caught unknown exception from runLocally().
XML_Output_6,0: The runLocally() of the operator failed.

Here are some things to check and to look into...

Does it work in other Jobs? Have you had it working before in this Job? Does it work in a Server Job?
