Unicode Error

i have some columns with the type as unicode and whn loading the data to target database i.e oracle im getting error like UTF-8 to Unicode substring ,can anybody help for this issue...

What happens if you remove the unicode extended attribute setting? Are you 100% certain that you have unicode data coming in?
