U_TRUNCATED_CHAR_FOUND encountered.

Hi ,

NewYear Greeting to all!

Well I came up with one Issue again. I have one job that unloads data from Sybase db to a dataset.
When I try to run the job I am getting bellow Fatel error.But job is not aborting. All the rows were unloaded sucessfully.

In my SQL I have simpel functions cast, stuff.

The same job running fine in Server Envronment..Now we are changing that job to parallel



U_TRUNCATED_CHAR_FOUND encountered.
Encoding conversion error : Truncated character found

Can any one from our community could suggest me what would be the possible reason for this..
