unable to start IBM websphere Application Server

Un able to start IBM websphere Application Server.if i try to start manually after sometime it is getting disconnected. dont know what is exact reason. help me out please!!

Can you send an extract of the logs *.out *.err

This will throw more light into the issue

problem i dont know where the logs will be stored can you help me out.so that i can send you the logs
