Information Server

This is a new installation of 8.1, there are 2 LPARS, edwetldv1 for the engine components and edwmsdv1 for services.
I sign in with edwmsdv1 to Information Server under the Administration tab -> Domain Mgmt -> DS Credentials instead of getting edwetldv1 I receive the msg 'No data found' . :?:
I appreciate any help on this.
