What Ragavendra means is there has to be some condition for which you may not want to run that job.

Else why to keep that job in the sequencer

It's "sequence", people, not "sequencer".

A sequencer is something you might use in a sequence.

Here's a crazy thought - read the documentation. The Designer Guide pdf has a chapter on Job Sequences where each stage is discussed 'in detail'.

Probably not enough time to do that before the interview.

How can you download from email quickly if you cannot do it directly?

Can you send me if you have any latest networking guides ?

For anyone to send you these manuals would be a violation of their licensing agreement and incur the wrath of IBM (which is never desirable). If you have the software, you have the manuals. If you can download the software (for example from Partner World) then you can download the manuals).

As noted, if your company owns the software then you have access to the documentation. It is not freely available out there for the masses, at least not in any legal fashion. And emailing people asking them to send them to you (and thereby violate their licensing agreement) isn't really appreciated.
