Getting director log for job in text file

Can anyone let me know how to get datastage complete detail log for a particular job in to a text file.

Some would suggest the Print to file option in the Director. If you mean in an automated fashion, search here for ETLStats for many conversions on the topic.

I got the solution for this

Following is the solution:
login to Datastage director
go into the log of the particular job Ex:PXjob_KKKKK
select project from menu
go to print option
select All entries(in Range)
Select Full details(in Print what)
Print quality(High)
check box Pint to file
select ok
and save it to a file.
