Unlock jobs used by another user

Hi,

How can I unlock the jobs used by another user. I was editing the job when the connection was broken and it is not letting me access the job again. I tried clear resources in director but it is inactive. Please advice. Thanks.

Try disconnecting that user's connection by logging in through DS Admin Console. Typically it is http://<your server IP address>:<port number>
