Datastage Version 8.x
I am having trouble logging into DS Client.
My Id is mapped to dsadm in the backend.
When I map my Id (IIS ID) to my Unix id I am able to login to Ds but when mapped to dsadm it gives me the following error message.
Failed to authenticate the current user against the selected Domain
Invalid user name (xxxxx) or password.
We checked to make sure that the dsadm password is entered correctly while mapping and remapped the id but got the same error.
Any suggestions?

Has your user ID been correctly set up in Web Console for Information Server?

The issue is resolved.They were giving the credentials of Sit env in Dev Env.
Changed it and everything is working fine...
