[DataDirect][ODBC lib] Function sequence error

We are facing a problem in our Production on daily basis. There are few jobs which are failing on day to day basis because of error, main_program: [DataDirect][ODBC lib] Function sequence error. And these jobs are getting over successfully after re run. The jobs are scheduled in control M. It is observed that this error occurs if more than 1 job gets invoked at the same time. Please help

In a case like this it would be best to post the whole unedited error message as a quote. Also, to which database are you going via ODBC?

We are going against Attunity database. Attunity is a change capture tool.

Is the ODBC driver from Attunity? It might not support concurrent connections.
