DS Jobs Failing

Hi,
The version of DS in the AIX 5.3 Server is 7.5.1 and the windows client is 7.5.2
Can this lead to failure of jobs? I ask this because even simple jobs are getting aborted.
Are there any specific configurations that needs to be done?

Without asking why one would update the client without updating the server as well, you'd need to let us know what errors you are seeing before anyone could really help. What kind of 'aborts'?

I will doubt that may cause the failure.

As Craig usually says, you need to post the 'unedited error message'.

run your jobs from the UNIX command line using "dsjob -run" if the failures are the same then it is unlikely to be due to the client. But as mentioned before, please post the complete error message(S).
