How to view data partitions?

Hi ,

Is it possible to view individual partitions of data in a job?

If yes , How can I view them?

Yes, in the director use the "Data Set Management" utility to view your data set and how the data has been split into nodes.

My question was, is it possible to view partitions in any stages like sort or join.

These are not interview qs, i just started using PX, So just curious.

The answer is "sort of"; with the peek stage you can view selected data from each partition at runtime.
