LDAP error

Hi,
I just set up a user in the Information Server Console......we are using LDAP. I have an LDAP browser to verify his id and it comes up. When he tries to log in he receives a log in error and I see the following in the logs. Is there a piece I am forgetting?

[6/23/09 16:22:26:543 EDT] 0000003d LTPAServerObj E SECJ0369E: Authentication failed when using LTPA. The exception is [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090334, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 775, vece ].

OK,
Found the document for updating Windows 2003 permissions. I made the changes for the user/group. I am able to log into the "CRM" project but the developer gets:

Failed to connect to DataStage server: NJROS1BVA0417,project: CRM
The directory you are connecting to either is not a UV account or does not exist.

I had a similar LDAP problem. Could you show me what do I need to change on user/group?
