unable to receive email notifications

Hello,
for some reason the new jobs that i have created since 2 weeks ago i am not able to receive any email notifcation.
i see in the logs:
The following parameters in the call to DSSendMail were not mentioned in the file 'dssendmail_template.txt

But i have old jobs tht are using the same settings and for those jobs i am geting emails.

What could be wrong ?? all the jobs are parallel jobs

one more thing, in the notification stage, I use parameter sets where i have the smt,sender, this way i dont have to modify all our existing jobs if we change the smt.
but it seems like the parameter set is not working, but for the old jobs works?

Use local parameter in sequence and then assign these variables to Parameter set's variable.

you mean in the stage type the values? i dont get the second part, how do i assing these variables to parameter sets??
