InfoSphere is a new branding, bringing together a set of technologies, more than just Information Server, into a new strategy. Technically speaking, at this point in time (there are new interfaces being built that leverage the branding concept) there aren't really any differences. Information Services Director is still ISD, whether prefixed by WebSphere or InfoSphere.
