failed to create stage server

when i try to open a transformer in a parallel job or a server job datastage fails whith the next error:

"Failed to create Stage Server"

any ideas?

What operating system is your DataStage client installed on?

My DS client is installed on windows XP and DS server in unix HP-UX.

it seems to be a client problem.
