Not able to connect to DS

Not able to connect to DS

Hi all,

I was working with DS 8.0.1 version, in between connection broken and I closed the window and tried to re-login but i am not able to login.

I am not getting any error message also. the cursor showing in processing state.

Could anyone help me?

Log in to Information Server web console, find the session and clean it up. (You will need to have Information Server administrator privilege.)

Ray,

I have cleared the Client Session from Information Server.

But also it is not allowing to login.

Still no error message? If there is one, please post it. There are too many possibilities to waste time guessing.
