What should be in Job documentation?

Coud you please advice how to prepare the analysis document or understanding document for a job? Below are the required info:

1. Contents of the Document.
2. What need to be defined in document both in High and Low level?

Are you aware that there is a button in the Designer (looks like an Internet Explorer icon) that will document the currently open job for you?

I am very much aware of the option. Is it possible to directly generate report to word document. I am trying to pull the report in word but not able to to. Throwing an error: "An invalid character fount in text content". Advice
