Ocistage Access Denied

Frens,

I have installed Datastage 7.1 , Server installation in d drive and client installation in c drive

When i tried to run the job (in which am using the oci stages )

its throwing the error as

ds_loadlibrary: Win32 error in LoadLibrary of oraoci9.dll - Access is denied.

Please let me know hoe to fix this problem

1.) Check permissions
2.) Load dsenv
3.) restart

Check permissions. Check library search path.
Restart.

(There is no dsenv for Windows.)
