Not able to run a Job having Shared container

I created a with 5 lookup files,1 lookup stage, 1 transformer with 1 source sequential file and 1 target sequential file.
Job runs successfully.
Then I created a shared container all the stage except source and target. Then compiled the job successfully. Then Tried to run the job
But getting Following error:

The Following shared container have been modified since this job was last compiled :MainContainer

To Continue
You must recompile the job

Again and again I am recompiling the job but not able to run the job and getting same error

Make sure that any change in the meta data should reflect in the container.
