What is meant by forced compile ? How it differs from normal compilation ?

One thing it will do is re-compile any transformers regardless of whether they have been changed. There may be other differences. Recompiling transformers is the only one I know for sure.

Compilation in DS is optimised and it only complies the tranformer stage if they are changed from the last compliation..

however force complie overrides that and complies all the transformer stages irrespective of the last compliation status..
