want actual record and rejct rec in a single table

hi,

i need to collect actual record and rejected records in a single table...

my requirement is

to select a max of sal from emp table along with max of sal i need to collect rest of the remaining records in a single target table

WHAT TYPE OF STAGE WE CAN USE TO DESIGN THIS .

er perhaps a copy stage to split out the data,an Aggregator to get max and perhaps a join to glue it all back?
