if you need to run oracle source read in parallel; does the table in the database side has to be partitioned or regular table (not partitioned ) also we can read parallel thru oracle plug-in using partition table option.


Can somebody share the information?

As far as I am aware parallel read is only possible from partitioned table.

Parallel read is supported only on a non-partitioned or range partitioned source table.
