SIGSEGV signal error received in parallel job.

SIGSEGV signal error received in parallel job.Not able to rectify since a month.
We have a parallel job which has only one stage in the job-a procedure stage which calls a procedure on the oracle database.
Everytime this job is triggered there is a SIGSEGV signal error recieved and the job aborts.This problem is faced in production and therefore the production data has issues (due to this job not running and affecting other scenarios)

Please help on this.

In this month, have you involved your official support provider at all?

I have created a ticket with IBM.they are looking into it
