Conversion from 7.5.1a to 7.5.3

Hello,

Do we need to re-compile the DataStage jobs, when we upgrading to 7.5.3 version from 7.5.1a?

Depends. 'Upgrade in place'? Nope. Build a new server and import from the old one? Yes.
