How to connect in Web Service client .

We are unable to connect to the web service client..and the following errors are getting...any help in this is appreciated.

main_program: Failed to initialize job monitoring. Monitor information will not be generated.

Xml_Currency,0: Error: The name '{0}' is not a valid NCName.
expression = '/:operJ06Response/operJ06Return/Serv_J06OutVar1' Remaining tokens are: ('/')

Webs_Currency,0: Error: The name '{0}' is not a valid NCName.
expression = '/:operJ06Response/operJ06Return/Serv_J06OutVar1' Remaining tokens are: ('/')

Xml_Currency,0: The runLocally() of the operator failed.
APT_CombinedOperatorController,0: Resource bundle corresponding to message key DSTAGE-TODC-00017 not found! Check that DSHOME or APT_RESPATH is set.

Don't you think it might help a teensy bit if you explained how you are attempting to 'connect to the web service client' rather than making people guess or assume?
