APT_PMListenerPort: Socket call failed, errno = 13

I had just installed Ascential Datastage 7.5 on my machine.

I built a test job (Parallel) which reads the data from a sequential file stage and write to a sequential file stage. When I try to view the data I get the following error.

Error Executing view data command:

<main program> APT_PMListenerPort: socket call failed, err no = 13

Can anyone tell me how can I get ride of this error. I think its related to some settings in Datastage Admin. Please Advice.
