using DataStageExport.bat script for exporting a project

Anybody used the script Duke's DataStageExport.bat to export the whole project..I am getting errors regarding the directory structure.

Bad/Non-existing directory: D:\DatastageBackups\KiranTest

Please ensure that you have permission to access/create directories
and files. Also ensure that directory listed exists.

The syntax of the command is incorrect.

Any suggestions would be helpful to me.

Not sure which version you are using but create this directory and try again.
