Cpmpare before and after

Hi,

We have source as MQ Websphere and we need to compare the before and after image we are using the below design

-----Filter----Before----- CHANGE CAPTURE
----After-------

As of now it works fine but in production job will be running in real time i.e. always polling from MQ for source data. Our concern is will in real time this methodology will work as if timing for before and after link are different then it might not give desired result.

Is there any other method we can apply which is safe and 100% sure.

We are missing some information. What is the before and what is the after? Are they both coming from MQ? Where does the After get sent?
