Issue with single quote in Job parameter.

I tried that too. But it doesn't work for 7.5x2 or 8.x

@Craig:
I guess the problem is a "Windows only" thing. I'll create a ticket with IBM and see how it goes from there.

If somebody finds a way to do this on Windows, please put it on this post.

I think you may be right this being a Windows specific issue. I'm running on Unix and created a test job like yours, running the tests you specified and I got completely different (and more favourable) results.
