how any refernce links while support in lookup stage in one job. and how to increse performance of the job.

I think if the referece links exceeds the count 15 then there would be performace hit. But I am not sure.

Where did you get 15 as a number?

The answer, as usual, is "it depends". It depends on the volume of reference data. It depends on the format (internal or external) of those data. It also depends on how you define "performance" in an ETL context.
