FTP Plug-In Stage - File Rename after FTP with stage?

I have an ftp server that requires me to transmit the file in .TMP format, then rename to .TXT format. Is this something that is possible with the FTP Plug-In Stage?

How would I go about doing this? I tried using Telnet After Command, but I am getting the following error:

Xmit_File_FTP,0: Warning: GENERIC_FTP_FundRun_Job.Xmit_File_FTP: unable to execute Telnet command 'Telnet After Command'

You'd have to have been granted telnet access to that server, which is separate from ftp access... do you have that?
