It depends on the roles defined by the administrator.
But I think you should have that priviledge.
Try calling the envitonment variable $APT_NO_JOBMON to your job and set it to 'True'. It resides under 'Reporting' category.

I had the same issue today, but I find out it cause the table definition did not match with the table in database. if you reimport the table defition for Netezza stage, you will fix the problem.
